Q1. Are the “Daily Free Pack” and “Daily Special Pack” permanently available?

A: The “Daily Free Pack” and “Daily Special Pack” are only available for a limited time during specific events, so don’t miss out!

Q2. What’s the difference between buying with Gems and with cash?

A: If you buy Gems at a discount, then use Gems to buy packs in the game, you basically get 10% discount.

A: Once payment is successful, Gems will be automatically sent via mail to the designated game character.

2. Select any item that can be redeemed with Gems.

3. If you have enough Gems, you can spend them to redeem the selected item. Click “Confirm” to directly spend Gems to redeem the item.

Q5. How to complete in-game payment events with Gems?

A: When you purchase gems on the official website and use these Gems to substitute currency to buy in-game packages or items, you can participate in all in-game recharge events. For example, during the Recharge Bonus event period, spending gems to exchange for items will count toward the event and increase the corresponding recharge points.
